Little Gulliver

This is your chance to own your very own Little Gulliver! This is a smaller version of the Popular GBW Gulliver, who, after spending more than three years traveling the globe, appearing on television, and in books and magazines, was auctioned with all proceeds going to the charity organization, Good Bears of the World. Gulliver now resides in the Toy and Miniature Museum of Kansas City. Gulliver also had the distinct honor of being the only Artist Bear ever to be reproduced by Steiff.

When Steiff asked to reproduce the original Gulliver, a clause was put in the contract to allow Cindy to personally create 100 smaller versions of Gulliver. This Little Gulliver (#76) is one of 100, personally made by Cindy Anschutz, the creator of the original GBW Gulliver. All 100 Little Gullivers were quickly reserved,  but some were never paid for and claimed, and we are now making them available. Seventeen inch Little Gulliver is made from the finest mohair with hand stitched, trimmed, and sculpted features. He is fully jointed, has wool felt paw pads, and German glass eyes. Gulliver is stitched with love, and stuffed with personality and polyfil. He comes dressed in a red sweatshirt with white collar and GBW logo patch, red socks and individually chosen hiking boots. He carries a backpack and an American flag. Gulliver would love to travel with you.  Add travel pins to his shirt and backpack. Little Gulliver's adoption fee is $300.00. From that price, $25.00 goes toward buying "Good Bears" to be given to hospitals, nursing homes, police, firefighters, ambulances, etc.
